EAT YOUR MEAL SLOWLY.

Make Sure to take your time to chew your Food Properly. Enjoy every bite of your food, and only Swallow it when the food is chewed well. This will make you feel full and your habit of your over-eating will be decreased.

Some people think skipping meals will help them in losing weight. In reality when you skip meals you will be extremely hungry which cause you to over eating.
